Terms of Service

Nexora Solutions provides AI-powered automation services including content automation, voice agents, workflow automation, and system integration. The scope of each project is defined in the project proposal agreed upon before work begins.

Setup fees are one-time and charged before project commencement. Monthly maintenance fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to setup fees.

Timelines are estimates based on project scope. Unforeseen delays (third-party API changes, client-side delays in providing access/information) may extend timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly.

• Provide timely access to tools, accounts, and information
• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
• Provide accurate business information for onboarding

Upon full payment, the client owns the automation workflows, configurations, and documentation built for them. Nexora retains the right to use generic tools, code patterns, and methods developed during the project for future clients.

We do not share client data, business information, or project details with third parties. All client data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Nexora Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Either party may terminate the monthly maintenance with 30 days notice. Setup fees are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period. Project deliverables built up to the termination date are provided to the client.
