- Phone/WhatsApp number (if you contact us directly)
- Onboarding form data (business workflow, goals, tools, brand info — after payment)
Why we collect it
- To deliver the automation services you requested
- To communicate about your project and send results
- To improve our services and understand visitor behavior (anonymized analytics)
Where data is stored
Data is stored on our hosting provider (Netlify) and our database (Prisma/SQLite). Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Third-party tools we use
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Analytics — website analytics (anonymized)
- n8n / Make — workflow automation
- OpenAI / Vapi / ElevenLabs — AI services
- HubSpot / Pipedrive — CRM (if you opt in)
Each of these has their own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for service delivery.
How long we keep data
Lead data is kept for 90 days. Client project data is kept for the duration of our engagement + 30 days. You can request deletion at any time.
