From one voice note to a week of LinkedIn posts: the workflow, step by step
You already have the ideas — they come out when you talk. This is the exact workflow that turns a 5-minute voice note into platform-ready drafts you approve before anything is published.
Most founders don't have a content problem. They have a writing problem.
You explain your product brilliantly on sales calls. You give sharp advice to other founders over tea. Then you open LinkedIn, stare at an empty box, and close it again.
The fix is not "try harder to write". It is to capture what you already say, and let a workflow do the rewriting.
The workflow in one picture
Voice note → transcript → ideas → platform drafts → your approval → scheduled post
Each arrow is one automated step. The only thing you do is talk, and later press approve.
Step 1 — Capture: talk for 5 minutes
Record a voice note on WhatsApp or Telegram, just like you would send to a friend. Good prompts:
- "What did a customer say this week that surprised me?"
- "What mistake did we make, and what did we learn?"
- "What do people get wrong about our industry?"
Don't structure it. Rambling is fine — the next steps clean it up.
Step 2 — Transcribe
The voice note is sent automatically to a speech-to-text model. It handles Bangla, English and the mix of both that most of us actually speak.
Step 3 — Pull out the ideas
An AI step reads the transcript and lists the separate ideas inside it. A 5-minute note usually contains three or four: a story, an opinion, a tip, a lesson.
Step 4 — Draft for each platform
Each idea is rewritten in the shape that platform rewards:
- LinkedIn: a strong first line, short paragraphs, one clear takeaway
- X (Twitter): a tighter version or a short thread
- Instagram / carousel: a slide-by-slide outline
- Short video: a 30–45 second script you can read to camera
A short style guide — your tone, words you like, words you never use — keeps every draft sounding like you, not like a generic AI.
Step 5 — Approve (this step is never skipped)
All drafts land in one place: a Notion page, a Google Sheet or a Telegram message. You read them, edit a line if needed, and approve or reject. Nothing is published without you.
Step 6 — Schedule and learn
Approved posts are scheduled across the week. After they go out, the workflow records which ones performed well, so future drafts lean towards the topics and formats your audience actually responds to.
What you need
- A phone (for voice notes)
- An automation tool such as n8n or Make
- An AI model for transcription and writing
- A place to review drafts (Notion, Sheets or Telegram)
- Your LinkedIn / X accounts connected for scheduling
A realistic expectation
This doesn't turn you into a full-time creator, and it shouldn't. What it does is remove the blank page. One voice note a day — or even three a week — is usually enough to post consistently without writing from scratch.
If you'd like this set up for your own voice and platforms, that's exactly what the Content Starter and Content Pro packages are. Happy to walk you through it on a free 30-minute call.
